Refund, Return, & Shipping Policy

Returns/Refunds

A Nurse's Way does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you have an issue with you order, please notify the shop owner immediately. If your package arrives to you damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to anursesway@gmail.com

Shipping

Please allow A Nurse's Way 5-7 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Custom orders, such as wedding favors, may take 14-21 business days. Please email or message the owner, Ashlyn Jackson, for an estimated shipping time when placing a custom order to ensure your package arrives on time. 

A Nurse's Way is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages sent via USPS, UPS, or by any other shipping carrier. Once your package has been issued a tracking number and shipped from the shop's address, A Nurse's Way is no longer responsible for the package. If you have issue with you package, such as a shipping delay or a lost package, please use the tracking number to contact the shipping carrier and file a dispute with them.

Anti-Discrimination and Hate Speech Policy

A Nurse's Way prohibits the use of our Services to discriminate against people based on the following personal attributes (collectively, “protected groups”):

  • Any other characteristic protected under applicable law

It is your responsibility to know your local laws and any other legal regulations on discrimination that might apply to you. Additionally, A Nurse's Way  does not allow hate speech. Hate speech occurs when violent, offensive, derogatory or demeaning language is directed at a person or group based on their one or more protected group attributes.

Whether you’re engaging with public features on A Nurse's Way , such as writing reviews, or having direct communication with other members of the A Nurse's Way community, such as via Messages, discrimination and hate speech are not allowed.

Community Communication Policy

Members may send direct messages using the Community's built-in messaging system.

By using direct messages in the A Nurse's Way community, you agree to all of the above policies. In addition, you may not send messages that are considered:

  1. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise in violation of our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
  2. Obscene or vulgar.
  3. Unsolicited advertising or promotions.
